  • ll:Create and maintain relationships which will increase InPlace Living's relationship ba
  • se.Respond to phone inquiries and log in C
  • RM.Track progress of participants and support their SDA journ
  • ey.Respond to any challenges and find resolution - address relationship issues with speed and efficien
  • cy.Complete a full handover of information to the Tenancy Management te
  • am.Link inquiries to projects and providers based on compatibility data and location informati
  • on.Ensure relationship and stakeholder information is updated and maintain
  • ed.Report progress of current projects by devising and delivering updat
  • es.Work alongside the broader Relationships, Growth and Business Development team to analyse inquiry data and identify trends to increase business opportuniti
  • es.Contribute to monthly reporting data and informati
  • on.Attend regular meetings with people's support teams ensuring accommodation features are appropria
  • te.Participate in presentations for external stakeholde
