About the Role
The Coordinator IT Projects Services reports to the Manager Information Services and is responsible for the delivery of Council’s IT Projects portfolio.
Key Functions include:
- Delivery of IT Projects using standard project management methodologies.
- Coordination and management of resources involved in the delivery of IT Projects.
- Completing budget submissions and expenditure forecasting at a project and portfolio level.
- Facilitating business engagement to ensure projects meet desired business outcomes.
- Undertaking project reporting at a project and portfolio level.
- Management of external parties including contractors and system vendors

- Undertaking project reporting at a project and portfolio level.
- Management of external parties including contractors and system vendors
- Demonstrated significant experience in managing IT Projects in similar setting to the City of Darebin.
- Demonstrated significant experience in managing a small team of technical staff and contractors.
- Experience in managing IT vendors and external contractors.
- Experience in undertaking tender processes for the acquisition of new or replacement IT systems.
