The Performance Lead – Travel role provides leadership and enhances the overall performance and effectiveness of Travel Service frontline teams. 

The Performance Lead delivers advanced, robust coaching, planning and performance management to deliver on the strategic goals of the organisation , and to deliver best-in-class customer experience in the smartest, and most effective possible .

In this role, you will:

Conduct coaching sessions, one-on-ones, huddles, calibrations, and team meetings in alignment with the current leadership LEAP routine.

Provide concise and effective real-time coaching regularly.

Foster the development of team members through coaching, constructive feedback, counseling, and recognition.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify areas for development and tailor coaching and training accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a leadership role, with experience in a Contact Centre environment highly desirable. 

You will be expected to attend your local office once a week for team connectivity and collaboration.

The ability to effectively manage a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated success in driving engagement across teams

Proven capability in remotely coaching and leading a team

Ability to motivate and inspire team members

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
