Essence Communities is a brand-new concept of premium rental-only apartment living in the heart of Dickson with a focus on community & lifestyle. Located in the heart of Dickson Village, it provides an enhanced lifestyle with services on demand such as cleaners, dog walkers, personal trainers, dry-cleaning, and on-site staff help residents take care of their daily grind.
WHO YOU ARE
We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Dickson Village Apartments. You will be responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations of the asset and ensuring an exceptional residential experience. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property career and enter the BtR market as a first mover and grow their career. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities as an Assistant Property Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
- Assist with the leasing process (inspections, rental applications, lead management, CRM management).
- Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.
- Active management of aged debtors ensuring maximum efficiency in cash flow for assigned portfolio.
- Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion, including delivery exemplary service recovery.
- When required, provide assistance with the resident engagement initiatives.

- Current ACT Real Estate Registration or Licence to conduct Real Estate business
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
