Commercial Property Manager - Full Time or Part Time

About the role

  • Manage and administer a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients.
  • Full time salary $60K - $105K plus Superannuation dependent on experience.
  • Full time and part time hours around school hours will be considered.
  • You will be required to communicate effectively with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement annual budgets, manage expenses, and carry out periodic reporting with the support of our team. 
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site visits and property inspections on a regular basis.
  • You will need to provide a presentable car and your own mobile phone for the role.

  • You have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • You have good organisational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have a knowledge of accounting principles and experience in accounts payable/receivable.
  • You have experience in the real estate/property sector, preferably in commercial property management.
  • You are competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning industry specific management software.
  • You have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or are willing to obtain one.
