They are now looking to enhance their commercial function to ensure the seamless integration of financial oversight and project execution.
The role.
As the Commercial Manager, you will lead all commercial activities, ensuring the financial and contractual success of our mixed-use development projects. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Additionally, you will negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conduct risk assessments to develop strategies for mitigating commercial risks. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders will be essential to deliver well-coordinated and compliant projects.
What you need.
To be suitable for this position, you’ll have extensive experience in commercial management across major commercial and multi-residential projects, with a strong track record showcasing your expertise.
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry is essential, along with a strong understanding of construction contracts, financial management, and commercial practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyse financial data and make strategic decisions, are key to success.
