The role of the Database Administrator is to oversee the organisation’s database technology and schemas, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable access to structured data while upholding data integrity. Key responsibilities include managing access controls and compliance, resolving intricate database issues, supporting report generation, designing data processing flows, and overseeing processes, special projects, backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and capacity planning to meet the organisation’s evolving requirements.

The role of the Applications Manager is to oversee and coordinate application support and system administration activities, ensuring the efficient implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of applications and systems. Key responsibilities include resolving complex issues, developing processes and documentation, supporting special projects, providing user support and training, and fostering strong partnerships across the organization. The role also entails managing procurement and vendor relationships, monitoring performance metrics, assessing technology trends, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytics and insights, supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and identifying key areas of opportunity. This role is crucial for ensuring the standardisation, establishment, and visibility of performance metrics across the network. This position is expected to identify and resolve problems with minimal direction. A wide variety of internal relationships are involved in the performance of the duties of this position and the incumbent will interact with employees at all levels and adheres to company standards and values.

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting revenue growth and customer relationship management through customer analytics, reporting and training. Position is required for support across all business lines and locations through effective use of Salesforce, MS Office and Power BI, as well as for strategic business decision making recommendations using data to drive recommendations. Creation, implementation, support and training of company processes required, along with project management.

The Transport Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the transport planning across business units for the internal fleet, whilst satisfying the needs of the network and the customer through the efficient use of cost-effective methodologies whilst achieving customer service levels. This will be supported by regular data analysis and route optimisation to identify opportunities for improvement.

We are searching for two driven and experiencedDriversthat will assist in delivering our strategic objectives. Located in Welshpool Western Australia, ZircoDATA stretches their business across WA collecting & delivering sensitive freight to a number of customers and sites around their relevant areas.

The HSQ Manager oversees the Health, Safety and Quality frameworks within ZircoDATA. The HSQ Manager is responsible for ensuring the required outcomes are achieved and maintained by overseeing the continuous implementation and operation of the Quality and Health & Safety Management System in all parts of the organisation.
