Are you passionate about leading and building an automation practice? Are you ready to lead innovation within the finance industry? Join this organisation as a Test Manager as they embark on an exciting rollout of the use of Playwright for their automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, build, and manage and build their testing practice, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to oversee and provide advise and direction with supporting the development and execution of the Testing strategy, drive he resolution of test issues and remediation.
  • Estimate automation efforts accurately and implement reusable components for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project and operations stakeholders to understand testing requirements and scope.Proven ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of the organisation, with customers, vendors and to communicate with technical stakeholders and translate technical matters into non-technical business language
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver outcomes within agreed time-frames in a time pressured environment with competing responsibilities and priorities.
  • Monitor and report automation progress to the wider business, software quality status, and test results, ensuring appropriate quality control.
  • Identify suitable automation frameworks, tools, and technologies based on application requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong automation knowledge and technical capability required
  • Expereince with Playwright and managing teams
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building a testing practice
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
