About the role

  • Ensure the effective day to day running of the brand lifestyle & fashion division by providing administration and sales support to the associated brand team working on designated print and/or digital brands
  • Works to ensure consistency amongst the team from reporting and brand collateral
  • Reporting to Commercial Category Manager
  • Support Brand Managers and Editorial

Duties

  • Manage implementation of campaigns including added value & editorial, marketing, events etc ensuring campaign delivery
  • Maintain planning/tracking documents for campaign management; added value, editorial mentions in allocated titles etc.
  • Collect assets and supervise production and sign-off of all campaign elements including added value pages for allocated titles

  • Makes timely, practical, and cost-effective decisions

  • Able to support multiple stakeholders
  • Strong team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multi-disciplinary tasks and achieve deadlines, often in a difficult and complex environment

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline.
