Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Water Technician/Supervisor to oversee our engineering operations, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage day-to-day operations related to water systems.

* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of cooling towers and closed systems.

* Ensure compliance with L8 HSG 274 guidelines and other relevant health and safety regulations.

* Oversee water quality testing, treatment, and reporting.

* Develop and implement effective water management strategies.

* Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

* Liaise with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing cooling towers and closed systems.

* In-depth knowledge and understanding of L8 HSG 274 regulations.

* Strong technical skills in water system operations and maintenance.

* Excellent leadership and supervisory capabilities.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
