Testing & Quality Assurance (Information & Communication Technology)

Dynamic financial services organization embarking on a transformative journey across multiple projects in Sydney seek a skilled Test Lead to oversee the entire program. The role will see you spanning various areas such as digital transformation, correspondence, contact centre consolidation, and process transformation.

You will be able to demonstrate clearing house implementation testing experience, or experience around complex applications and be able to work with 3rd party vendors around negotiations as well as stakeholder management and reporting.

There will be a lot of co-ordination and the role will see you working closely with the Test Manager. This role will manage user acceptance testing and write test strategy across various areas

Wrkr experience would be highly regards along with other experience working with the applications used in a clearing house and Integrations with payroll, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and governance as a Test Lead across different work areas.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) from the organisation.
  • Develop and implement test strategies across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate closely with Test Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Lead clearing house implementation testing, including management of complex applications, negotiations, stakeholder management, and reporting.
  • Oversee the POC (Proof of Concept) for clearing house solutions, working closely with vendors.
  • Manage integrations with payroll and other systems to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in test management, preferably within complex program environments.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with other team members.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and related technologies is advantageous.
