Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager (Security Services), you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding our Security Services across Queensland, leveraging market trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customise security solutions to meet client needs and address evolving market demands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
  • Deep understanding of Queensland's business landscape, including key industries and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with proficiency in data analysis, opportunity identification, and actionable plan development.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a commitment to exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
