Job Description

  • Competent in the development of design briefs and procurement of consultants and contractors
  • Be able to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority
  • Provide out-of-hours support to project delivery
  • Travel to different site locations
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to line management & key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated project management and program coordination experience
  • Understanding of government procurement and compliance requirements
  • Experience in working with and managing complex stakeholder groups
  • Problem-solving skills: Identifying business/customer needs, being creative in developing solutions, and presenting information to drive decisions and action
  • Relevant degree, postgraduate qualification, and experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or similar field
  • Management and leadership experience
