We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Construction Superintendents to join our team to work on a multi-billion-dollar EPC projects – we have opportunities with Greenfield and current projects.
Initially the roles will be based in the Perth office / remote / FIFO - then site based in Karratha, WA.
2:1 roster – with lucrative site uplift offered. Clough employees enjoy numerous employee benefits, too numerous to include here so we will discuss this during the recruitment process.

What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience in the following areas: Marine, Structures, Dredging, Civil, Construction, Earthworks, Services, or Piling
- Degree qualified in relevant Engineering discipline Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical with relevant hands-on project engineering experience within the Marine, Buildings/Structures
- Strong commitment to safety from design to construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of Australian Codes and Standards
- Critical thinking and problem-solving working skills with the ability to set priorities and manage own time
Your focus will include:
- Providing detailed engineering input that ensures delivery of works on time and within budget to client satisfaction
- Working closely with the project team including engineers, sub-contractors, planners, procurement, HSSE, commercial, and QA/QC staff to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose engineering and construction
- Participating in hazard and safety reviews on site, and executing visible safety leadership
