About You:

  • You love what you do and are looking to take a step up in your career.
  • You've got great emotional intelligence and are an empathetic person who can put yourself in the shoes of the client. 
  • You've got a positive can-do attitude, are a team player and can exercise ownership and initiative. 
  • You're tertiary qualified in speech pathology, with appropriate clinical experience.
  • You are adept at handling a diverse range of patients and conditions, and you bring a wealth of knowledge in speech and language therapy.
  • Innovation and evidence-based practice are at the heart of your professional philosophy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Use advanced professional judgement and expertise to deliver a diverse array of speech and language therapies to children with varying needs.
  • Craft comprehensive intervention plans that are tailored, client-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Offer robust support and assistance to clients, their carers, and families in implementing effective intervention strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Empower family members, carers, and educators with effective strategies to enhance the client’s development and independence.
