About the Role

We have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Learning and Development professional to work as part of a great team who are truly passionate about training and volunteers. In this role you will have the opportunity to have a positive impact around the training of our volunteers.

As a member of the Core Learning Team, you will contribute to the coordination of the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs that encourage, maintain and strengthen the capability of our volunteers – enhancing their role within the delivery of CFA services. You will provide direct support and advice to Regional Learning and Development teams, ensuring consistency and standardisation of leadership training and work closely with stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking experience in a similar role with well-developed written and verbal communication skills to develop reports and to convey training information and objectives to internal & external customers. Ideally you will also bring an understanding of contemporary-based training and development business practices.

A TAE40116 certificate or equivalent, and a strong understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of an RTO will be crucial to your success in this role. 

You will be highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise multiple projects within budget, quality and time parameters. Further to this you will be professional, a great team member and excel in your follow up on tasks.
