Our client is a leading B2B Software as a Service (SAAS) business, specialising in developing cutting-edge software solutions for major financial institutions, wealth managers, and platforms. Their focus lies in building and operating a premier SaaS platform designed to navigate the complexities of the investment and financial advice processes, which in turn enables their clients to deliver superior managed account and financial advice solutions.

This role is for a passionate developer, a curious mind and an excellent problem solver who would love growing professionally with this expanding business

About your talents:

  • You have embraced the new era of .NET Core and related technologies. Your versatility shines as you explore new technologies, constantly learn, and adapt the right technology to ensure optimal outcomes. While rooted in ASP.NET web technologies, you consider yourself a versatile "full stack developer" with a robust background in MongoDB and SQL Server/T-SQL. Proficient in Javascript, you welcome the opportunity to delve into new front-end web technologies and frameworks like React.
  • You are committed to writing clean code, addressing code misuse with an eye for improvement. You understand the importance of constant enhancement, alleviating pressure on yourself and the team. Expressing yourself through quality code, you take pride in your work.
  • Cloud Architecture is second nature to you, whether using AWS, Azure, Google, or any other cloud platform. You comprehend the core concepts of cloud development, recognising the significance of being cloud-agnostic.
  • Your proficiency extends beyond technical skills; you excel in using technology, possess strong language skills, and communicate effectively. Facing challenges head-on, you prioritise performance, security, reliability, maintainability, readability, and usability.

About your qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core)
  • Proficiency in C# with a good understanding of their ecosystems
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Experience with popular front-end web application frameworks (Javascript/React)
  • Experience in creating and designing database schemas
  • Experience with various unit testing frameworks and related tools
