HEAD OF PRODUCT - MELBOURNE

My client is a major player in the sports betting industry here in Australia who strive for best-in-class customer experiences for their consumers. They are looking for a Head of Product to join the team to ensure that the customer experience is best-in-market across all of their available platforms but with a "mobile-first" emphasis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing directly to their existing culture of performance, defining the portfolio strategy as well as identifying new product opportunities and evaluating their potential.

For the role:

  • Experience leading a B2C digitally focused product team
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skillset
  • Ability to initiate and drive change
  • Proven record of successful commercial decision making
  • Strong understanding of overriding business drivers
  • Track record of mentoring and nurturing product team
