The Opportunity
Our ASP Health Manufacturing business unit, based in St Marys, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join its team. Our people are integral to our mission, facilitating our purpose by building and delivering shared success with our customers.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the branch customer service team.
About You
Proven experience in a customer service team lead role, or you come from a senior customer service role and arelooking for a step up.
Strong communicator and can build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and you’re driven to achieve your set targets.
Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, analyse market trends and develop actionable plans.
Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a sales CRM is desirable.
