SÜK Workwear, a woman founded Melbourne-based workwear brand with a passion for blending toughness with style. Since opening in 2019 we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth and are looking to build a team that takes us to the next level. As champions of authenticity over extravagance, we're dedicated to crafting workwear that resonates with hardworking individuals. We're seeking a creative collaborator to join our dynamic team and amplify our impact through running our in house digital advertising and provide a supporting role in content creation. 

Position Overview: 

Digital Advertising Pro: You'll develop and manage our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media ads. You'll dive deep into data analysis to optimize campaign performance and stay abreast of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. Your focus will be on managing ad accounts, analysing performance metrics, and fine-tuning strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness. This role is execution-oriented, emphasizing technical proficiency in optimizing ad accounts, trading programmatically, and driving strategy development. 

Content Creation Champion: You’ll be supporting and collaborating with our founder to

craft compelling content that resonates with our audience and leaves a lasting impression. We prioritize authenticity over flashy productions, believing that impactful ideas can be brought to life right in our own backyard. Your focus will be on creating native, lo-fi, and down-to-earth content that authentically represents our brand's roots and values. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, TikTok, and Instagram. 
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with overarching brand objectives
  • Assist our founder in crafting engaging content that highlights the functionality and style of our workwear 
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure content reflects our brand values and resonates with our audience
  • Work alongside our marketing team who manage content scheduling and distribution across various platforms 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising management with expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or Programmatic. 
  • Proven track record of managing advertising budgets exceeding $10,000 per month 
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Advertising. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making. 
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and techniques including photography, videography, and graphic design. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail and executional ability 
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and embrace change positively 

Part time to full time: 

  • Start the week in SUK office to catch up and collaborate with the team 
  • Spend another day off site the creative Director/founder to assist in content creation 
  • Spend another day either in SUK office or WFH depending on the needed of the week 
  • But as a new role we want to get it right, so we are open to discussing if this is a realistic schedule to achieve our goals
