HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled APS6 Level Business Analyst (Labour Hire) on behalf of our client located in Surry Hills NSW.

About the Role:

  • Undertake complex work guided by legislation, policies, and standards.
  • Provide detailed technical, professional, and operational support.
  • Coordinate strategic planning, program management, and policy development.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to represent the branch/division.

About You:
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying inefficiencies.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to undertake systems testing and support end users effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable skills:
  • Data analysis proficiency
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
