About the role

Based in Bali, Indonesia, the Country Director is responsible for running the operations on the ground in Indonesia and reports directly to the group CEO. We are looking for a superstar with extensive experience within hotel management and property management.

If you are an exceptional leader, eager to grow our Indonesian business we would love to hear from you. The country director oversees a team of 60+ corporate staff and 1000+ operational staff, managing a portfolio of 150+ luxury properties and growing.

Leadership

·      As a member of the leadership team, the Country Director works with the CEO and head of departments to set the company vision, roadmap, and growth plans.

·      As a member of the leadership team, accountable for Elite Havens overall P&L and shared KPIs

·      Lead the team across the country, define performance targets for all staff in consultation with other functional directors.

·      Determine resource levels required for company to meet its revenue targets from rental activities in Indonesia.

·      Acts as a brand ambassador for the company and its various affiliates.

·      Manages and leads the office and the staff across country.

·      Provides leadership and coaching for the Indonesian team.

Country and Property Operations

·      Owns and manages relationships with owners across all properties; managed and marketed by Elite Havens.

·      Leads the revenue management process with property owners, and internally, in consultation with sales and marketing.

·      Leads the villa operations teams, sets the vision, the standard operating procedures end to end.

·      Sets the bar and KPIs for service levels across the different stakeholders; Guests, Partners and Property Owners.

·      Coordinate resources from Elite Havens Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR teams to ensure the countries successful operation.

·      Responsible for the P&L for all legal entities within the country.

·      Maintaining Elite Havens brand strategy and standards across the country.

·      Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and talent development.

Growth and Expansion

·      Works with the CEO to develop growth and expansion plans across Indonesia.

·      Leads the Indonesia P&L roadmap development.

·      Leads the business development process in terms of roadmap development and property growth targets.

·      Recommends and owns the expansion plans to new locations.

About you

  • Proven people leader with a track record of achievement at Director level within private luxury rentals or luxury real-estate. Industry experience is essential.
  • Solid property/hotel operations management experience at a senior level.
  • Impeccable financial and business acumen.
  • Must have solid industry operations experience on a large scale, luxury segment background highly desirable.
  • Experienced leading a complex diverse property and hospitality operations team across multiple locations.
  • Previous experience within Indonesia/Asia highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading change projects and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Must be based Bali, relocation support will be provided to the right candidate.
