As our new Lead Structural Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the Energy and Industrial team. Your role will include:

  1. Management of design projects including scope definition, financial management, project scheduling, quality, and risk management
  2. Lead multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including study phase, design, tender and construction phase support
  3. Active role in the development and maintenance of positive client relationships and ongoing business development
  4. Responsible for leadership and development of junior team members
  5. Be part of a supportive team that works together to meet our client’s goals

What are we looking for from you? You’ll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life. As well as experience in a similar senior or lead structural engineering role. Specifically:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in the Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Chartered engineer credential
  • Extensive experience within the WA resources sector, preferably in iron ore
  • Strong technical capability and report writing skills
