The Opportunity:

Greenhouse is looking to bring on a Marketing Communications Executive on a 12-month secondment contract, executing best in class campaigns and experiences across the most recognizable retail brand in Australia, Woolworths.

You’ll have the opportunity to drive and deliver a program of communications to grow a highly engaged customer base.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Run key campaigns and always-on comms across bought, owned and earned channels.
  • Manage and produce key components end to end (eg advertising) and deliver assets to other specialist channel teams to execute.
  • Deliver excellence in all our creative assets, including art direction, permanent marketing properties and campaign executions, whether delivered directly by you or by separate specialist teams.
  • Manage the associated budgets to deliver, including production and media.
  • Take accountability for the delivery of all work regardless of channel and take ownership of always-on comms responsibilities, including managing the approach and end-to-end production.
  • Produce excellent agency briefs with key insights and business/brand objectives and manage the process to completion.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Organized - able to manage multiple work streams at the same time
  • Collaborative - able to drive the best results through teams other than your own
  • Creative - you must have an excellent eye (and ear) and know how to get the best out of creative partners
  • Analytical - decipher complex, often conflicting inputs to create a single direction

Your ideal experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications and integrated campaign management (e.g. advertising, PR, social, in-store etc) ideally from a retail environment
  • Experience in delivering end to end marketing campaigns from objectives and briefing to strategic and creative evaluation, production and measurement.
  • Understanding of media - including buying best practice and budgetary control.
  • Financial best practice - budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
  • Agency best practice - what good briefs look like, evaluating work, getting the best out of partnerships.
