We conduct an Australian wide search for a Human Resources Specialist in Melbourne with the expertise of fostering positive cultures and creating a sense of belonging?

Do you excel at reducing turnover rates by cultivating genuine connections between staff and management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Seeking a Senior Partner of Culture & Belonging to join a dynamic team with access to wider shared services as well. In this role, you'll leverage your unique gift for building and maintaining positive cultural effects within a larger hospitality division. Your mission? To create an environment where every team member feels valued, respected, and truly at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Foster a sense of belonging among staff and management through innovative programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge builder, facilitating communication channels between individual hotel general managers and our shared services division.
  • Utilise your operational HR expertise to ensure alignment with company procedures and objectives.
  • Make a personal impact on hotels and hospitality services by championing a culture of inclusivity and excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Human Resources, with a background in hospitality preferred.

Ambitious mindset with a desire to advance your career in a market-leading company.

Strong understanding of HR processes and their alignment with organisational goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.

Passion for creating positive workplace cultures and fostering a sense of belonging among diverse teams.
