+ THE ROLE 

We have an opportunity for an experienced, wellrounded finance administrator / bookkeeper to join our accounts team of three.The position is part time and together are responsible to effectivelyadminister the financial aspects of the company including meeting all statutoryrequirements.

+ DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Payroll including Superannuation,Payroll Tax and EOFY Reporting.
  • Director Dividends and Bonuses.
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring includingassisting with Debtors.
  • KPI Reporting.
  • Invoicing.
  • Maintain WorkCover Insurances.
  • Local Buy Reporting.
  • Maintain Company Trust Account.
  • Use of HR (HR Partner) andProject Management (Deltek) Software.
  • General Accounts Functions.
  • Ad-hoc assistance to Directorsand Business Manager
  • Liaison with Accountant.

  • High level of accuracy, attentionto detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to workautonomously while still having the support of the team environment.
  • Proactive and able to meetdeadlines.
  • Ability to use initiative,prioritise and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Friendlyand helpful personality with a great work ethic and communication skills.
  • Competent in Xero software andMicrosoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of relevant ATOlegislation.
  • Minimum5 years bookkeeping experience or degree qualified
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Good organisational and time management skills;
  • A dedicated approach to work and the ability to communicate on all levels.
  • Other duties on a more adhoc basis including supporting the wider admin team with phone answering
