Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Talenza is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an initial 8-month contract at an enterprise level organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Define interface data requirements to ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Plan and support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide input into test strategy and develop test cases to ensure comprehensive testing of systems.
- Assist in change management efforts by facilitating communication and training sessions.
- Provide post go-live support, including troubleshooting and addressing issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in requirements definition and analysis.
- Strong understanding of interface data and data migration processes.
- Experience in developing test strategies and test cases.
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-motivated individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technical certifications.
- Experience in post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

- Rate: up to 900/day Inc. Super
- Length: initial 8-month contract, strong chance at extension.
- Location: Sydney, CBD, 2000
- Work environment: Hybrid/WFH
