Kmart are modernising and optimising our end-to-end supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, increase safety, and improve customer and team member satisfaction. We are creating the next generation of our supply chain, and to achieve this, we will be advancing our technology and our supply chain operations.
There will be a focus across our warehouse management, transport/logistics, inventory optimisation, and demand and forecasting systems. To help us enable the success of our next generation supply chain program, we are looking for a QA Manager to work closely with our Engineering and Project Team, as well as with key business stakeholders in our corporate offices and distribution centres nationally, to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing activities.
What you’ll be doing
Leading a team of UAT Analysts to effectively conduct unit testing, end-to-end testing and UAT activities in a fast paced, retail environment.
Working with the Business and project team to understand test requirements.
Designing the test strategy, test planning, and writing test cases and test results for a Supply Chain Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Working with business and technical Subject Matter Experts for validation and verification of functional specifications and business end-to-end requirements.
Monitor testing/QA metrics, reports & SLA’s – and share results with appropriate project teams.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Extensive experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead with expertise in managing QA teams in a dynamic project environment (including line management capabilities).
Demonstrated Supply Chain domain experience, ideally within a retail setting.
Highly developed hands-on testing expertise and the ability to contribute to testing activities in addition to leading a team.
A passion for coaching and motivating a team, enabling others to succeed.
Knowledge of Java based Karate & Gatling framework for automation and its features.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
