About the role
We’re seeking a new Commercial Advisor to join our high performing Finance team focusing on the administration of the Roma North gas pipeline and processing assets.
Key Responsibilities include
- Preparing and negotiating new gas processing and transportation agreements (as required), prepare amendments and renewals of existing contracts including monitoring expiry dates and proactively preparing documentation.
- Administering contracts in accordance with the Terms and Conditions including preparing contract notices to be issued by the General Manager Commercial Finance or authorised representative including maintenance, Force Majeure, curtailment, permitted interruptions etc.
- Engaging with teams to ensure Jemena maintains compliance with its contractual obligations including developing information to inform key stakeholders and responding to queries regarding contractual risks and obligations.
- Maintaining summary of contractual obligations for each GTA, gas processing agreement and other agreements as applicable.
- Supporting or coordinating (as required) the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to Roma North customers and contribute to the timely realisation of improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining the content of the Jemena website for the Roma North assets
- Engaging with key customers regularly on asset performance, contract reporting and contract administration tasks;
- Monitoring market and competitive environment relevant to the Roma North assets and prepare briefing notes for Commercial Manager and senior leadership.
- Establishing and maintaining asset performance dashboards / reports to more effectively monitor operational, commercial and financial performance.
- Working with Operations and Asset Management teams to ensure operations are conducted in accordance with all regulatory requirements (both economic and technical Regulation).
About You
To be considered for the role your resume will need to highlight demonstrated experience in market and business analysis including development and application of insights ideally within the energy transmission sector.
