Are you an organised, detail-oriented, Salesforce Administrator who's had exposure across a large variety of salesforce modules and administration?

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of various sales processes and activities through the design of workflows and automation to assist in post sales activities and new business development. This is a senior role where you will be required to take control of the business activities conducted in the salesforce platform and transform their entire system from the ground from a vanilla salesforce integration.

You'll also be tasked with managing Salesforce content and supporting the marketing team as the business manages its significant growth.

With a mixture of BAU activities and running multiple projects, you'll be a strong communicator who's able to detail scope of work and meet with a variety of stakeholders before implementing requirements into salesforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales process and activities, manage SalesForce, and generate reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain sales collateral within the CRM and design the layout and flows for business process.
  • Design and develop workflows and automation to remove many of the individual touches currently performed by sales and customer service agents.

Requirements

  • Salesforce experience is critical.
  • Understanding of building out automations and workflows from Salesforce, dashboards and analytics.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
