At 28 Villages, we provide outstanding catering and village management services. We are focused on bringing colour to fly in fly out life with great food and real customer service. 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee an exciting upcoming project. This role is FIFO from Perth on a 8:6 Roster.

The Position

  • Project Management of Village Operations.
  • Maintaining consistent operational and commercial performance, driving business activities to ensure standards of quality, cost, safety, people capability and performance.
  • Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance
  • Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
  • Staff engagement and development, modeling positive working relationships at all levels, demonstrating trust, care, and respect.

The Person

  • Experience in multi-site Village Services Project/Site Management positions.
  • Experience in remote facilities maintenance management (no requirement to hold a trade qualification) 
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with the ability to build effective and engaged teams
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities. 
  • Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business.
  • Experience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces.
