We collaborate with global brands and commercial partners on joint business objectives, delivering optimised commercial results by offering world class marketing expertise and media solutions.
We are currently on the search for a Senior Brand Manager - Own Brands to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Media, and with the support of a Brand Manager, your primary focus will be collaborating closely with various internal departments, including marketing, technology, finance, and category management, to drive and execute impactful Own Brand sales campaigns, ensuring revenue generation and hitting business targets.
About the Role...
- Lead the end to end marketing and project management of multiple Own Brands and relevant tier one Brand pillar campaigns . Comprising of Customer Strategy, budgeting, planning, execution, post campaign analysis.
- Creation of more agile and efficient process/ documentation and ways of working that identify key gates and stakeholder management along the journey, whilst minimising swirl. Relevant for partnership and GTM functions.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of cross functional marketing professionals, with guidance, inspiration and motivation to achieve shared brand goals.
- Joint custodian of the brand development and delivery across all channel touch points.
- Support in developing the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
- Work with the customer insights & analytics team to conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, and use insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Work with the partnerships team to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance brand visibility, credibility, and relevance.
- Work with the PR team to proactively identify potential risks to the brand reputation and develop contingency plans to mitigate crises or reputational threats effectively.
