Radiation Therapist

Radiation Oncology are looking for a Radiation Therapist – Senior to join their Princess Alexandra Hospital team. Radiation Therapists with advanced skills will be expected to fulfil duties in each clinical service area on a rotational basis.

About the Role

• Actively participate in the development of clinical protocols that meet international best practice standards, including such changes as required by technological and medical advances incorporating continuous quality improvement and use evidence-based principles to identify and implement continuous improvement changes through approved change management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with working practices and standards that provide for safely delivered radiation therapy treatment, maintaining a sound understanding of all external legislative and internal policies and procedures that impact in the relevant clinical service area.
