Finance Manager

T+O+M Executive are working exclusively with a unique Private Investment Group to help hire a Finance Manager to support the CFO directly and wider investor group.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the group
- Opportunity to travel and visit sites/assets which the group invests in
- $145k - $155k base + super
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting function, developing effective financial controls & reporting
- Manage audited financial statements, tax compliance, and month-end process
- Preparation of management and financial reports to the Executive Group
- Provide detailed analysis of business performance, identifying areas of risk and opportunity
- Perform financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting, and other ad-hoc analysis.
- Review and management of cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure, and investments
- Oversee financial operations, bank relationships, and external audit requirements
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Demonstrated FP&A, financial reporting, and financial control experience
- Curious attitude and ability to tackle challenges through innovative thinking
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
