Your New Role:

They are on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Senior Safety Advisor looking to step up into HSE Managers role to become a key player in our dynamic corporate team.

You'll be working on exciting new and ongoing projects across North, South, and Inner West Sydney Suburbs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing IMS systems and procedures across all projects.
  • Conducting thorough reporting, investigations, assessments, and audits.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with management and project teams to develop and implement the IMS, including achieving accreditation.
  • Overseeing IMS requirements and WHS obligations for site teams.
  • Ensuring our core values are reflected in every project.
  • Complying with all company WHS and Quality systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Upholding the company's Code of Honor and business strategies.
  • Adhering to all legislative requirements related to anti-discrimination, WHS, environmental, and industrial relations management.
  • Training, mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff on company systems.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and clients.
  • Representing the company at site meetings, functions, and corporate events.
  • Contributing positively to the work environment and participating in extracurricular activities.
What They are Looking For:
  • Relevant HSEQ qualifications (HSE Diploma equivalent or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Safety Advisor OR Safety Manager in construction.
  • Ability to maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective safety measures.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey safety guidelines.
  • A genuine passion for HSEQ and a continuous eagerness to learn.
