Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management within the interior design or construction industry, particularly focusing on hospitality projects. This role requires a meticulous individual who can oversee contract negotiations, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms are fair, clear, and enforceable.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contract terms and project execution, proposing solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any contract-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and project documentation.
- Knowledge of hospitality developments and international experience and advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the interior design.
- Extensive knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
