The main duties of the Bids and Contracts Manager role include:
- Create persuasive proposals, documentation, and presentations for potential and existing customers, collaborating with team members for a comprehensive approach.
- Respond to PQQs, Tenders, and Requests for Information with compelling value propositions.
- Edit, format, and refine a range of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure timely content delivery.
- Maintain and enhance libraries of standard content for consistent proposal development.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams, contributing to their success.
- Provide marketing data and insights to drive occupancy growth through effective CRM utilization.
- Conduct research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance competitiveness
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Proven track record in effective bid and sales literature writing.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare sector and procurement processes.
- Previous experience of Local Authority healthcare tendering processes would be advantageous
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with high standards.
- Passionate about supporting others and building diverse relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Assertive, autonomous, and willing to take responsibility.
