Change and Communications Specialist

Vectiq are looking for an experienced Change and Comms Specialist to work as part of a collaborative and highly motivated team within a Federal Government department in Canberra.
Work Arrangement
Flexible and remote working option is available. Preference is for the candidate to be based in Canberra.
Responsibilities
- Communicate change objectives, benefits, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor integration progress, identify issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirement gathering through meetings and workshops.
- Develop use cases, and user acceptance testing cases, troubleshooting configuration problems, etc.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide coaching and training, conduct webinars, and upskilling sessions.
About You
- Built and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including stakeholders, researchers, analysts, and technical staff to define and communicate people’s needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment in a user research and business function capacity.
- Federal government experience will be desirable.
