Shed Bonanza, a leader in construction and engineering services in Victoria for over 40 years, is known for its expert knowledge, top-quality products, and outstanding customer service. We're on a mission to expand our offerings and enter new markets, making this an exciting time to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to align operations and engineering with business goals.
- Lead expansion efforts, including supplier network growth and product line diversification.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget adherence.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve strategic objectives.
Hybrid Work Arrangement:
After a probationary period, you'll have the option for a flexible work arrangement, combining office-based and remote work.
- Proven leadership in operations and engineering management.
- Strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in supplier management and market expansion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in the construction or home improvement sector.
- 5+ years in senior management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Victorian Building regulations.
