• Design and develop integrated solutions to meet business requirements or enhance performance.
• Prepare and present design and architectural documentation artifacts.
• Perform and evaluate cost analysis and vendor comparisons.
• Analyse potential systems investments and prepares supporting documentation.
• Provide escalated technical support to customers.

Key Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, operating systems programming, or systems architecture.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluating the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• CRM365 Integration Specialist.
• Experience in any Cloud technology preferrable, especially AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in ITIL framework (Change, Incident and Problem)
• DevOps or infrastructure as code experience
• Experience in automation of tasks and/or frameworks
• Flexibility to be on an on-call roster to support clients out of business hours in the event of an incident.
