We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Cooper Plains

About The Role 

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the administration side of the business, ensuring that all duties in your scope are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the operations team as required
  • Developing effective office procedures for administration duties
  • Dealing with phone and email enquiries
  • Data entry management, including, updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Reconciliation of databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Preparing regular reports
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the business
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Selection Requirements:

  • Intermediate Office 365 and system savvy
  • Ideally you will have 3-5 years in similar role with transferable skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management.
  • Well Organized and Analytical.
