Als Software Support Specialist  im 2nd und 3rd Level Support bist du die Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass eingehende Kundenanfragen schnell bearbeitet werden. Durch deinen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken, deine technische Affinität und deine Expertise unserer Webapplikationen trägst du dazu bei, dass die Anliegen und technischen Probleme unserer internationalen Kunden stets kompetent und fristgerecht gelöst werden.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum als Single-Point-of-Contact für alle Anfragen
  • Annahme, Priorisierung, Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Abschluss aller Service Requests in Jira
  • Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei Fragen zur Nutzung und Konfiguration unserer Softwareprodukte
  • Erstanalyse von gemeldeten Störungen und Softwarefehlern
  • Planung und Koordination von Patch-Lieferungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Einträgen in unserer Wissensdatenbank
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Support, Kundenservice oder einer ähnlichen Rolle mit Kundenkontakt
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Anwendungsgebiete einzufinden
  • Spaß an der Anwendung und Vermittlung komplexer Software und daran, Kundenanfragen im Team zu lösen
  • Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
