Paid Media Manager

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to manage a range of clients across a diverse range of verticals. Someone who can adapt well to the Orange Line mantras of proactivity, flexibility, and dedication.

This role is a blend of in-platform execution and client management and strategy.

If we were to sum up this role in one line it would be: striking a balance between in-platform management, client management, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and accountable for the success and growth of your client patch and your direct reports
  • In-platform management and execution
  • Representing the agency and your team in day to day communications and servicing of your clients
  • Develop an intricate strategy for the client that defines investment, channels and targeting
  • Research and identify new channels and platforms to achieve business goals
  • Provide insight, analysis and guidance to client and team on campaign optimisation and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider digital teams (SEO, Creative etc.) to effectively plan and deliver campaigns in budget to timeline
  • Be innovative and passionate in your space and endeavour to mentor and train junior team members
  • Set the standard for best practice across all channels and platforms
  • Implement continuous test and learns
  • Implement team and company processes to help improve overall team effectiveness and efficiency
About You:
  • 3-5 years Paid Search experience is crucial
  • Experience working on E-Commerce clients
  • Experience with at least one other major marketing channel or platform (e.g. GMP, a programmatic DSP, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Experience working across multi-channel clients (at least one other channel such as Display, Video, Paid Social, etc.)
  • Knowledge of tracking performance campaigns (Google Analytics, tagging, ad serving, click tracking, call tracking)
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Strong work ethic
  • Hungry to learn and improve in technical ability and stakeholder management
  • Diligent and have strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and passion for your work and striving to continuously improve
  • Ability to be independent and autonomous
  • Kind and can work well with others
  • Take pride in your work and care about the people around you because we are a family oriented agency
