We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Manager Sales Communication, Insights and Events to lead global initiatives that drive the achievement of our strategic objectives. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing a team responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing B2B customer-targeted communications, marketing initiatives, and event management. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Agency, Corporate, and SME Partnerships, ensuring that both internal and external events and communications are effectively managed and delivered.
The Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders within the Qantas Group to ensure that proactive and reactive communications, compelling selling stories, and impactful events are brought to market in alignment with the Group's brand, Corporate Communications, and Trade Marketing strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of communication and event initiatives that support our business partners and drive the success of our strategic partnerships.
You’ll have –
- Relevant experience Tertiary qualification in related field (marketing or communications) Demonstrated commercial acumen Demonstrated copyright experience Demonstrated influencing/negotiation ability Demonstrated ability to strategically partner internally within a large organisation to deliver optimal outcomes Proven ability managing change and building organisational capability Proven financial management experience Experience in a regulatory environment Proven experience developing processes and administering business activity
