Are you ready to be at the forefront of driving strategic change through technology? We're seeking a dynamic individual to take the reins as our Technology Portfolio Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll be accountable for shaping the future of our technology projects, ensuring they align with our strategic priorities and deliver maximum benefits.

The role is accountable for facilitating strategic change through the Bank’s Technology project portfolio, and providing confidence that the right projects are being delivered in the right way to reflect strategic priorities and maximise benefits. The role drives Bank Technology project portfolio performance and governance through effective use of the Banks Portfolio Governance framework

What you’ll do:

  • Spearhead the facilitation of strategic change by managing our technology project portfolio, ensuring that the right projects are delivered in the right way to reflect our evolving priorities.
  • Ensure that our technology portfolio performs at its peak, maximizing efficiency and impact.
  • Offer transparency into our technology project pipeline and ongoing portfolio, providing regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Continuously refine and enhance our processes for resource management, ensuring that projects have the support they need to succeed.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Strategic and Business Leaders in Bank & Bank Technology
  • As the central point of delivery experience knowledge, tools, and processes, you'll be instrumental in maintaining governance control and driving excellence across our portfolio.

What you’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience, coupled with 8+ years of business experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing tailored advice to senior management
  • Demonstrated project management or consultancy experience
  • Experienced presenter, who is comfortable communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences, inspiring confidence and buy-in
  • Experienced at managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple relationships and to influence and partner with varied stakeholders across the business
