Estimator - Building, Remediation, Facades, Complex Refurbs

We have been appointed by a specialist building contractor who is hiring an additional Estimator in their team. This growing business works on projects $3 – 10m covering Building, Remediation, Facades, Complex Refurbs, Concrete Repairs and Heritage work for both private and government clients. With 50+ staff and a business turnover of circa $40m this is a manageable size business where staff are treated as people and not numbers.

Working in this young, energetic culture the Estimator will be provided with an important work – life balance, a team approach to tenders and happy relaxed work environment. With young senior management, this business does not believe in micro management, so you will have freedom and autonomy whilst being provided with support to do your role to the best of your ability.

Minimum criteria of the Estimator:

  • Min 2 years construction experience as an Estimator
  • Head or sub-contractor exposure
  • Experience in Building, Remediation, Facades or Complex Refurbs advantageous
  • Tender value experience between $1 – 20m
  • Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks
  • The right to work in Australia

Estimator salary guide $120 – 165k pkg (commensurate with experience)
