FinXL is recruiting for talented Project Manager to join one of our clients in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane. This exciting opportunity will have you working as part of a dynamic and diverse team committed to delivering quality outcomes within the Federal Government.

Requirement:

  • 5+ years' experience as an IT project manager;demonstrated experience with successful planning and delivery of major IT enabled projects for large organisations in a senior project management role.
  • Experience supporting program management and program delivery, in addition to project management.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of multi-year complex reform initiatives operating in large, complex environments.
  • Highly developed analytical, problem solving and oral and written communication abilities including experience with producing project and ICT systems documentation.
  • The ability to deal with significant and contentious issues, negotiate and liaise with stakeholders and an understanding of Health Business context, priorities, drivers and desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff from a variety of technical backgrounds and an understanding of legacy, contemporary and emerging technologies and technical architectures.
  • Experience and proficiency with project management tools, standards and processes; using
  • MS Project, and the PRINCE2, MSP and Agile methodologies.
