Senior Technical Business Analyst

What You'll Do:

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Senior Technical BA to join our client solutions/product team on a full-time basis. You will be liaising with global teams, internal and external clients and users to elicit and document business requirements for onboarding and integration. defects, enhancements, and features.


The role responsibilities include

  • Customer facing role.

  • Actively communicate and respond to client needs and requirements in line with agile planning methodologies.

  • Client onboarding

  • Client solutions management

  • Client integrations scoping

  • Work with regional Sales, Product and Development Leads to gather requirements and implement technical documentation to support the Product & R&D teams.

  • Development of statement of work.

  • Previous experience in software development is desirable

  • Experience with reading and interpreting API documentation

  • Digital practices/ideas to bring to the table and not be afraid of challenging the status quo

  • Actively participate in the discussions on deliverables, estimates and commitments and develop using latest technologies while following Agile methodologies (SAFe and SCRUM)

  • Write and/or review functional and technical requirements specifications for the implementation

Who You Are:

  • Experience in gathering, defining requirements and the creation of all related documentation (user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria using BDD format)

  • Extensive experience in solution analysis and validation

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to support and manage client requirements up.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with business systems and functionality to support online website, mobile applications and retail store tools to provide value to our customers.

  • Anticipates, identifies and defines problems, seeks root causes and develops practical and timely solutions

  • Prior developer experience is desired

  • Ability to read and understand API documentation is desired.

  • Unit testing tools

  • Agile project management methods and tools (SAFE, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence)
