About the role...
An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated part-time Retail Assistant Store Manager to manage our Melbourne Airport T2 store Duties include;
  • Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
  • Ensure sales targets are met
  • Reporting results as required
  • Managing rosters, recruitment and development
  • Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience
What we are searching for...
We are searching for a crew member that is looking to take on more responsibility or excited to join Rip Curl in a unique Airport environment To be considered you will;
  • Have availability to work a roster expected within an Airport environment with extended store hours
  • Demonstrated successful experience in retail management 
  • Enjoy driving sales to meet targets and motivate your crew to hit these together 
  • Someone who prides themselves on delivering great customer service
  • An affinity with surfing and the board riding lifestyle and to be able to provide this lifestyle to our travelling customers
