As a Mortgage Broker at Loan Market Vantage, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of Finance Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Relationship Managers, and Administrative staff. As a Broker, you will be responsible for;

• Meeting with clients to determine their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
• Liaising with lenders on behalf of your clients to obtain the best possible mortgage terms and rates.
• Providing financial advice on all aspects of the mortgage process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.

• 2 + years lending experience across Banking or Broking
• Solid understanding of credit policies, lending requirements, and regulatory compliance standards, coupled with a strong ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower qualifications.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma 
• Ability to self-generate business through own network
• Satisfy responsible lending obligations and BID requirements
